Ingredients:

  • * 1 cup frozen mango, small cube
  • * 1 scoop burt’ bee protein plus healthy radiance vanilla
  • * 1 cup coconut milk (canned yield creamiest, rich result, but
  • you can use other milk, it just won’t be a creamy)
  • * 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Either freeze until desired consistency in a shallow bowl (stirring every 30 minutes until ready), or use ice cream maker according to instructions.
  3. Top with coconut or desired toppings.
