  1. Make the egg cream: Stir the liqueur, milk, and chocolate syrup together in a 10-ounce glass. Holding a seltzer bottle 10 inches from the glass’s rim, pour the seltzer in a steady stream so it drives the seltzer below the milk mixture and creates a frothy head. Serve immediately.
