  1. In small bowl, combine peanut butter and bacon; spread mixture on all bread slices. In a separate small bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice. Top half the bread slices with apple slices; cover with remaining bread slices. Cut in half, if desired. (Alternatively, put some apple slices on all bread slices and serve sandwiches open-faced.)
