Cook the bacon according to the package directions and drain on paper towels. Set aside. Unfold the lavash. Cut each lavash crosswise in half to make 4 pieces total. Place 1 piece on a plate or flat surface. Spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise evenly over one narrow end of the lavash, covering about half of it.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on the mayonnaise at the end of a lavash (so it’s easy to roll). Fill the spine of the lettuce leaf with one-quarter of the tomatoes and top with 1 slice bacon. From the filling end, tightly roll the lavash in jelly-roll fashion. If you like, cut the wrap in half. Repeat to make 4 wraps in all.
